Marc and Marie-Claire give us an overview of Clarines Farm. In the 70’s with the new arrival of pesticides and other chemicals used for agriculture, locals started wondering about the consequences of using these products on their food. Their life philosophy is the main motivator to continue farming organically, they aim to keep organic products affordable and accessible to all. In collaboration with local NGO’s they were able to assist other farmers from the area to move from conventional to organic farming.
